Women’s health and family building benefits have evolved, and that’s a good thing. But a decade of data shows that critical gaps remain. The highest-risk, highest-cost areas—fertility, pregnancy, and delivery—still challenge even top employers, while midlife and menopause care continues to be under-addressed. Many organizations are left managing fragmented solutions, limited visibility into outcomes, and inconsistent results.
In this on-demand webinar, originally hosted in partnership with HR Dive, Progyny, joined by client partner Domo, draw on 10 years of outcomes data and real-world experience to explore how employer priorities have shifted and what it takes to better manage both clinical outcomes and financial risk across the full women’s health journey. See how leading organizations are using data and insights to build more effective, outcomes-driven strategies.
