Women’s health is shaped by a continuum of needs that evolve across life stages. Benefits strategies are most effective when they are designed with that full journey in mind.

In this webinar, Lockton’s Dr. Shealynn Buck, Dr. Janet Choi, and Julie Stadlbauer explore why employers and consultants must rethink women’s health as a continuum across life stages, powered by data intelligence and guided by clinical expertise. Drawing on population-level insights and real-world employer experience, the presenters connect women’s utilization patterns, hidden risk drivers, and outcomes to practical strategies for building integrated, whole-person benefits.

Designed for HR leaders, benefits consultants, and CFOs, this session offers a clear framework for evaluating women’s health solutions, reframing ROI beyond cost alone, and creating a more predictable, equitable, and engaging benefits experience for today’s workforce.

Attendees will learn:

  • Why women’s health should be designed as a continuum across life stages
  • What population health data reveals about women’s utilization, risk, and engagement
  • How to identify hidden cost and risk drivers impacting women’s health outcomes
  • How to evaluate women’s health solutions using a practical, outcomes-focused framework
  • Actionable steps to assess gaps, strengthen integration, and plan a whole-person women’s health strategy
