Healthcare costs continue to rise, and the pressure to deliver benefits that improve outcomes while managing financial risk is increasing. In fertility and family building, fragmented and unmanaged care models can create unnecessary complexity, inconsistent experiences, and avoidable downstream costs across maternity, NICU, pharmacy, and overall medical spend.

In this webinar, leaders from Progyny discuss how clinically managed fertility benefit models can help health plans and employers improve care coordination, support better outcomes, and create greater accountability across the full fertility journey.

The conversation explores why active management, not access alone, is becoming increasingly important as organizations evaluate fertility and women’s health strategies for the future.

In this webinar, we discuss:

  • Why unmanaged fertility benefits can create downstream medical and financial risk
  • How clinically managed fertility programs support better outcomes and cost containment
  • The role of utilization management, provider oversight, and integrated pharmacy support
  • How employers and health plans are rethinking fertility benefits as part of a broader women’s health strategy
  • Why transparency, reporting, and accountability matter in evaluating fertility solutions
