Employers are investing more than ever in women’s health benefits — yet costs continue to rise, care remains fragmented, and outcomes often fail to improve. Women spend more out of pocket than men, experience more years in poor health, and navigate a healthcare system still largely designed around isolated episodes of care rather than lifelong health needs. So what’s missing?
Join Mercer’s Dr. Ian Chuang, Progyny Chief Medical Officer Dr. Janet Choi, and Kendall Lindenbaum of Progyny for a candid fireside conversation exploring why today’s women’s health strategies often fall short — and what employers can do differently to drive better experiences, stronger outcomes, and more sustainable long-term value.
Together, they examine how fragmentation across fertility, maternity, menopause, mental health, and chronic condition management creates inefficiencies, delayed care, and rising costs — and why the future of women’s health requires a more connected, longitudinal approach.
In this webinar, we'll discuss:
- Why women’s health costs continue to rise despite increased investment
- How fragmented care and delayed diagnoses drive worse outcomes and higher costs
- Why point solutions often recreate existing silos
- What truly women-centered, longitudinal care looks like
- How employers are redefining ROI across experience and outcomes
- Why integrated navigation and care coordination are critical to improving outcomes and reducing risk
