Women’s health is frequently underprioritized in benefits strategy - despite being a significant driver of healthcare costs, workforce productivity, and overall employee experience. As HR and benefits leaders face growing pressure to optimize spend while demonstrating impact, a more integrated, data-driven approach to women’s health presents a clear opportunity to drive better outcomes and measurable value across the population.

In this webinar, leaders from Quantum Health, Progyny, and BioAgilytix Labs share how leading employers are elevating women’s health from a fragmented set of services to a strategic lever - driving more effective cost management, improved clinical outcomes, and a more cohesive, high-impact employee experience.

Attendees will learn:

  • How women’s health supports cost and benefits strategy
  • Where to expand support from preconception through midlife
  • The business impact of gaps in women’s health care
  • How to improve coordination and reduce fragmentation
  • Which metrics best demonstrate value
